Anything you work hard at, anything you put in a lot of effort, anything you sweat to make happen, the question is: why are you trying so hard?
The answer is: your programs and your subconscious do not give support to that.
When you are thinking, that is your conscious, creative mind. But your life is not controlled by the conscious mind, which is your wants and desires. It is the result of your subconscious programming and becomes an expression of the behavior of these programs.
The movie Matrix It's not science fiction, it's a documentary. Every human being, this is a fact, in the first seven years of life is making downloads.
The programming of your subconscious mind began in the last trimester of pregnancy and was intense from birth to six years, and at seven years the programming slows down. So, these are the first seven years of programming. The brain of a child under seven is at a lower vibrational frequency. When you put an electroencephalograph and read the brain activity of a child under seven years old, you see a lower vibration than consciousness. These are theta waves. Theta promotes imagination. And what happens if you change or rewrite your subconscious mind? If you take all the negative behaviors that are interfering with your life and rewrite them with very positive behaviors, with desires and wants that are the same as your conscious mind, so that both your conscious mind and your subconscious mind are both operating with wants and desires, whether you are paying attention or not, you can have a honeymoon life for the rest of your life, every day.
The only reason you missed your honeymoon is because you came back and got caught up in the old scenes, sacrificing and sabotaging yourself without even realizing it, and the honeymoon is over. If you had rewritten your subconscious programs to adapt and align with your desires and wants (your conscious mind), then it would make no difference whether you were thinking or not thinking, your behavior in both situations would always lead you to experience the full bliss of the honeymoon as a way of life, every day of your life.
The conscious mind, being creative, can learn creatively. The conscious mind may read a self-help book and after reading it thinks, "Oh, yes, I was educated; I know how this is; I should do it this way; my life would be so much better if I understood this." But then you think, "I just read the book and I understand how everything works and yet my life is still exactly the same!" The conscious mind, being creative, can learn simply by reading the book and learning, but what about the subconscious? It is a mind of habit...
How do you create a habit? Reading a book once is not a habit. The conscious mind learns by reading the book, the subconscious mind, being created by habit, does not learn by just reading the book once.
Here are the things it takes to rewrite your subconscious:
Number one: As you're waking up in the morning, as you're coming out of sleep immediately, that groggy period, that's Theta and that's where imagination, hypnosis and reality start to blend together. Every day when you go to bed, or when you wake up, you're going through a Theta zone naturally, going into or out of the Delta sleep vibration, the lowest. So guess what: if you put on headphones and play a program as you're going to bed, just as your conscious mind starts to fade away, that's the point where you're actually going into sleep, engaging in Theta. And what's Theta doing? It's taking the program and downloading it into your subconscious mind. So every night putting on headphones and playing a program of a behavior that you want to create in your life, repeating that every night, will manifest that experience.
Number two: Repetition! In order to learn the alphabet, how many times did you have to repeat it from A to Z? Once you have completed it, you don't have to go back and do it again. You are not a happy person. You want to be a happy person, so repeat all the time, "I am happy", "I am happy". I am talking to the subconscious. If the subconscious absorbs "I am happy" and 95% of your life comes from the subconscious, there will come a point where you will not need to say it again. Repetition is a habit. You have to do the repetition. Since it is a habit, then you have to do it religiously in the sense of repeating, repeating, repeating, to make it work.
If you find that your behaviors are not supporting you, create a behavior that represents that which supports you and repeat it. Just repeat it, repeat it, repeat it, even if it is not real at the moment, in time it will become real as it is downloaded like a program. Your subconscious will take that program and use it to manifest life from it. These are the two fundamental ways.
In short, we have been programmed and the vast majority of programs are negative and disempowering. So yes, the vast majority of people on this planet are having this negative experience as well.
Repetition and Positive Affirmations
Practicing positive affirmations can be very helpful in changing undesirable parts of our behavior, but there is one caveat: the most important thing is that your affirmations reflect your core personal values. There is no point in repeating something arbitrary to yourself if it does not fit with your own sense of what you believe to be good, moral, valuable, and in keeping with your essential nature. To have any kind of impact on your self-esteem, for example, your affirmations must be positively focused and directed toward actions you can take to reinforce your sense of self-identity. For this reason, they must be based on your actual strengths, or strengths that you consider important, and not on statements that are just generically positive.
There are countless videos on the Internet with meditations and recitation of phrases with positive affirmations. However, and it could not be otherwise, these recordings are generic.
