Holistic health practitioner, Tai Chi Chuan Instructor, philosopher and Taoist scholar, sole representative for Portuguese-speaking countries of the Natural Stress Relief (NSR) meditation technique since 2010 (https://www.nsrusa.org in the USA), translator into Portuguese of the book The Tao of Happiness (https://dereklin.com - Derek Lin), owner and administrator of the websites: NSRBR (NSR meditation), Tao Academy (philosophy, lectures, workshops) and Florais e TudoMais (holistic therapies - flower essences, chromotherapy, aromatherapy, foot reflexology, auriculotherapy).
Graduated in Economics at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ) and with a Master in Business (MBA) from San Francisco State University - California, USA, he worked for decades in the corporate world in Brazil and abroad (Angola, USA) and currently lives in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil..
